Details: Owned by Florinda Hoppe of Sioux Center, IA. This Impala SS was built by Lakeside Rods & Rides of Rockwell City, IA as a gift from husband Doug Hoppe. Florinda is a cancer survivor and feels “touched by an angel,“ thus reflecting the car’s theme. Painted with DuPont by Roger Burman of Lakeside Rods & Rides and upholstered by Paul Atkins Interiors, it features a GM LS2 motor and GM 4L60E transmission. Sherm’s Custom Plating and B&B Fabrications also contributed to the one-year build.
